  2. Do it slowly and deliberately with your full concentration.

  3. Do it completely, never leave it unfinished.

  4. Do less.

  5. Put space between things.

  6. Develop rituals.

  7. Designate special times for different things.

  8. Devote time to just sitting and clearing the mind.

  9. Smile and serve others.

  10. Make the times you are cleaning and cooking meditation.

  11. Think about what is necessary, rather than wanted, before taking actions.

  12. Live simply.

  13. Love whole and true.
