Canal Walk

Went to see my old mate Steve today, decided to take the canal walk with the camera there and back. It gets me a little fitter than taking the bus and I get to see some nice scenery. The sun was out and on the way back it had some warmth to it. Birds and bees were out and even found some colour in the early blooming flowers.

From not doing much at all I was pretty impressed with how things went, got home in good order and didn't really feel like I had walked almost 8 miles. On top of this, I had my backpack with laptop and camera gear in that weighs around 30lb.
