The Anderian Guild of Arcane Lore, has its masters split into political and intellectual groups, they call colleges. Only the Masters make up the colleges, journeymen are wanderers, and apprentices do what they're told. When at conclave the masters have emblems to denote which college they have come to represent, here are some examples of the college emblems.
