The print versions are up on the DriveThru site.
The Hardcover is amazing, really good quality feel and the colours and images are exactly as they are supposed to be. The standard heavyweight is okay, if you hadn't seen the premium you'd probably be okay with it; however having them sitting next to each other and it's a world of difference.
